There have been so many new regular-sized (150x20) blinkies added to the site, I barely know where to begin! With the changing seasons and changing years, new blinkies have been added for 2010 Mommies, upcoming 2011 Mommies, and moms due in every month of the year...

In addition to these pages, fresh new blinkies have been created and sprinkled on other pages throughout the collections. You'll see them anywhere from the Twins, Triplets, and Multiples pages to the Baby pages and the TTC pages!
Company Changes and Site Changes
If you've been to the very front-most entrance page of KStar Design lately, you'll have noticed a very big change! Due to my health (I suffer from severe chronic pain), I have decided not to continue any of the graphics-and-web-design-for-hire aspects of the KStar company for the time being. Instead, I will focus on what's manageable to me given my disabilities: making a few blinkies and freebies here and there, as well as the occasional card. Therefore, the site's index page now displays 3 key areas of the site instead of a summary of KStar's company activities and services. Still-active areas include: the Baby Birth Plaques, the Hand-Stamped Cards, and the Freebies site! So if you would like to place an order for any of those items, please don't hesitate to check out those areas of the site (see below for banner links) and/or contact me with your ideas! :)
New Blinkies added ~ Fall and Holiday!
I knew we already had a bunch of holiday-themed Big Blinkies, but I was very surprised to find out we still did not have any Fall-themed Big Blinkies! I created a new batch of each and both are done with the pretty rounded-corners style...

The "cute" holidays set features icons from IconDock.com, and I think you can agree they are just too too cute. If they look vaguely familiar, you might be reminded of the Easter Big Blinkies that I created a ways back with icons from this same site.
With the Cute Holiday page added, this now means there are 4 total pages of winter holiday-related Big Blinkies! I think that should be enough choice, right (especially since that doesn't even take into account the pages of blinkies for this season in other sizes?!)? ;) Here are the other pages, in case you were wondering:

New Freebie: Family Tags & Siggie Overlays
Yes, the overflowingly full Freebies section is expanding again, with 2 new areas of possibilities!
Family Tags: The first new section features some adorable teeny tiny Family Tags, for use on message boards and blogs. Each image is generally smaller than 100x100, so they would fit well in any sidebar, siggie, or avatar space. Many have images, such as teddy bears or ladybugs, but some are just very simple little words and images, which would even fit in-line...
Siggie Overlays: The other new section is just getting started, but already has a couple different designs for you to choose from. The idea with these signature graphics is that you can open them in a photo editing program, drop a favourite picture behind them (they have transparent centers so your photos will show through), and save it as an easily-created signature pic! Give it a try with one of our first few Make your own Siggies templates and please take a moment to let me know how it went so I can make sure the siggie overlays I create will work well with people's photos!
As we Grow!
As new blinkies and other freebie graphics are introduced to the site, older graphics may be pushed aside. They are all still being hosted on the site and almost all will still be linked to (and have their codes continue to work), but you might find they are a little lower down on the list to move the newer style of blinkies to the top. Also, as new blinkies get added to collections, the pages may be renamed or re-arranged. That's why it's always a better idea to link to a large section of the site (such as www.kstardesign.com/blinkies.html, for example), than to any one page. All blinkies will stay linked to on the main page of each section. This type of "renovation" has been especially the case with standard size blinkies, which now number well over 1500, on a total of over 100 pages!!! You can find a whole new section at the very bottom of the main index which includes pages of "old style" blinkies.
So, if a page you remember seeing seems to be missing, don't worry, it's not! It's just laying low to give the new blinkies a chance to shine! ;)
In related news, the total number of freebie graphics (including blinkies, 100x100 icons, tags, etc.) has reached over 3,000!!! Yes, that's THREE THOUSAND tiny little blinkies and freebies available! And the very different thing about the KStar Site is that all of our blinkies and freebies on the site are created in-house. We aren't just a collection site, sucking up other people's work and passing it off as our collection. Every little graphic on the KStar site was created by yours truly. You'd think after all these creations, I'd be completely out of ideas (not to mention out of interest for these little things at my age!), but I find I still have little bursts of creative energy with which to craft up some unique little designs for us! ;) Don't forget that little tips are always appreciated, since I run the site and offer all these blinkies free of charge...
