3. You may not sell them, alter them, or pass them off as your own.
4. You may NOT include them in any other online collection.
Where codes are provided, you have permission to copy and paste the codes, using our bandwidth to "host" the blinkies for you. Where codes are not provided, you may save the files and upload them to your own graphics hosting for the purpose of hosting them. This only applies to hosting a small amount of blinkies you may be using and may not reach the status of a "collection", either in number or by sharing it as such with others. This option is being phased out so please check back once in a while to see if your favourite blinkies have codes. After blinkies have codes up on the site, any saved copies should be deleted from other photo hosting sites.
About Images:When it comes to #3, this related to the freebies as they are provided as well as any piece of the blinkie or freebie. The permission that is being given here is to use the blinkies and freebies for personal use on websites, blogs, forums, etc. Just as you may not offer a collection of blinkies for profit on your site, you also may not clip off portion of freebies and offer them as clipart, or reconstruct them as other types of graphics and sell them. All artwork incorporated into the blinkies is copyright KStarDesign and remains as such even if it is distributed as part of a blinkie.
